Wayne Aronsen is the author of two poetry books, and one novel:

Art to Alchemy, combined with images by photographer Robert Nease, published by Wayne Aronsen and printed by Edition One Books
A Day Completed published by Wayne Aronsen and printed by Gorham Printing.
Up Through the Darkness is ultimately the study of Anders’ melancholy nature–how he copes and how he is redeemed.

Wayne graduated from California State University at Fullerton California. After a brief stint in journalism, he started his own contracting business, specializing in stone masonry. He is currently retired and lives in Southern California with his wife, Helen. Wayne enjoys giving public readings of his work.

Wayne says about himself: “Always a writer at heart, finally published later in life.  I remember a speech given by author Harriet Doerr at our daughter’s college graduation. When asked by a student if the author regretted living her life as a wife and mother living abroad, Mrs. Doerr replied that if she had not lived that life, she could not have written the books she had written.”

In fiction, Wayne’s favorite authors create characters drawn from many sources. Rather than one mighty river, we are fed by many streams.
